Task 7, Road Work has Been Completed
- During the fall of 2007 and winter of 2007-08, the road repair project Task 7 was
completed. Scope was complete rebuild of Paint Pony, rebuild of
one driveway and installation of a “low water crossing” to
allow better drainage, five patch repairs on Mustang Mesa, and
a 50’ rebuild on Buckskin. There was one approved change
order for additional patchwork on Mustang Mesa and an extension
of the repair on Buckskin.
- Rayburn did an outstanding job as inspector for the road project.
His many years (we won’t say how many) of highway inspection
for TxDOT presented us with the opportunity to have a real professional
on the job each day to insure the owners got a top quality job.
- This work is now completed.
