South gate problems -- The outbound lane of the south gate has been plagued with intermitent problems. The falure mode manifests itself by preventing the gate from closing. Modifications were done so that the failure mode will prevent the gate from closing so that there will always be the ability to exit. A fix has been applied that has reduced the frequency of the failure.
